Clinics Are Moving: Monday - August 6, 2012!
Moving Day!
In our continued effort to provide Veterans with quality care, effective August 6th, 2012, several outpatient clinics will be relocating. ALL Primary Care providers will now be located in the One West clinic area on the first floor. They can be reached at extensions 4796 and 4799.
Some Specialty clinics will be re-located in the Two West clinic area on the second floor. They can be reached at extensions 7382 and 7383. Upon arriving at the Medical Center, please check the signage to identify the location of your specialty clinic.
Clinic Locations are as follows:
* 1st Floor (1 West Blue Area): ALL Primary Care Clinics, Phone: x4796 and x4799
* 1st Floor (1 North Green Area): Allergy Clinic, Comp & Pension, and SCI Clinic, Phone: x4885 and x4886
*2nd Floor (2 West Blue Area): Cardiology, Dermatology, Diabetes, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Neurology, and Rheumatology, Phone: x7382 and x7383
All other specialty clinics will remain on 3 West and 5 East as noted below:
* 3 West: Eye Clinic
* 5 East: General Surgery, Orthopedics, and Podiatry
